About BVPOA

On behalf of our Board of Directors, hello and welcome to the Buena Vista Property Owners Association (BVPOA) website!

Buena Vista has a rich history and wonderful amenities nearby for folks of all ages, including our community tennis courts and garden. The Art League Gallery as well as the Buena Vista Golf Course, Cornerstone Aquatics Center and Veterans Memorial Ice Skating Rink are right around the corner, providing an abundance of fun activities for people of all ages! Buena Vista’s location is secluded, yet close to West Hartford Center, Blue Back Square, Route 9, Interstate 84,  Westfarms Mall, movie theaters, shops and fabulous restaurants … just to name a few!

Our website contains important information, from a listing of current Board members and minutes of recent meetings to a photo gallery of past events, membership and contact information as well as news about upcoming events and issues of interest to residents.

One of the items on our website is a video, entitled “Buena Vista – A Timeline”: A Pictorial Video on the Wonderful History of Buena Vista, which was produced by Buena Vista neighbor, Neil Rosoff. The video is a wonderful description of the rich history of our area and its first “settlers”.
